My Story

​​​”My name is Tanz, and I’m mostly a full time GP.​ I fell into baking purely as a hobby, and more regularly after I had my daughter.

What began as a creative outlet soon grew into something deeply joyful. As I baked more often for friends and family, I discovered not only how much I loved the process, but how meaningful it felt to create something beautiful for others to enjoy.

I now specialise in floral cakes, drawing inspiration from nature to design delicate, hand-crafted blooms that turn each cake into a centrepiece as well as a treat. The excitement of bringing an idea to fruition, from the first sketch to the final petal, remains at the heart of every bake. I hope you choose to try them one day.”
